Following are the formalities/documents which are required to complete the process of Affiliation of the Club/Academy/School with UPSRA.
1. Covering Letter addressed to ‘Honorary General Secretary, U.P. State Rifle Association, Lucknow’, regarding affiliation of your Club/Academy/School.
2. Copy of resolution in which the members decided to affiliate the Academy/School/club with UPSRA.
3. Certificate of Registration issued by Registrar of Societies, Chits and Firms.
4. Constitution of your Academy/School/Club with Rules and Regulations.
5. No Objection Certificate from the District Magistrate of the Concerned District (N.A. for only 10M Range).
6. List of Members with name, complete postal address, contact numbers and email ids.
7. Photographs of the Shooting Range.
Complete file along with the above stated requirements will be put up in the Governing Body Meeting for the approval of the members.
You will be intimated once your Academy/Club/School is affiliated with the U.P. State Rifle Association, Admission and Yearly Renewal Affiliation Fees will also be told.
